My best friend should know that she is beautiful inside and out. She doesn’t see it; and I don’t know why she doesn’t see it, but she is. She’s gorgeous. In high school all the girls thought she was one of the prettiest in the class. She has style, class, and an exotic looking face. So many people would love to have all that she has, but she always wants something else.
She also thinks that she is evil and has a bad personality. She’s quite the opposite, really. She has the biggest heart when it comes to her friends and family. When you’re upset, she’s there for you and she listens to all you have to say. She’ll make you feel better, but she’ll be honest with you too because that’s what a great friend does. Her advice comes straight from the heart and she really puts herself in your shoes to understand your situation. She cares for her friends and family more than all of us know, and sometimes, I feel like we all take her for granted.
This amazing person does not know how awesome she really is. I know that one day, even though she doesn’t believe me, she’s going to meet a guy who will love her for everything that she is; even though she sees so many problems with the way she looks and acts, that person will embrace her entire being because he loves her.
All I want is for her to be happy. But in order to do that, she must be happy with herself :)
